A Truly Inspiring Kind of Day
Today is my first day off for this week so I had plans to sleep in. Because I now work at 7am 4 days a week, I'm having a tough time doing that anymore lol. I was up at 7:45am and so were my dogs. As soon as I open an eye or roll on my back, they know I'm awake so they think it's time to go outside. If I don't take them, they'll sit with their noses about 3 inches from my face and stare at me. I can feel their little eyes boring into me. It works everytime because the next thing I know, we're up and out of bed and they're running out the back door. The good news is they always go do their business quickly first thing in the morning and so back to bed we go. And then it's all about trying to doze back off for awhile which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't lol.
I woke again about 8:45am so didn't get to sleep very long. My phone went off with a text message shortly after and it was some news from a friend of mine. He wanted to know if I knew a pornstar by the name of Janine Lindamulder. I said I didn't know her and asked why he wanted to know. People always think I know all about everyone in the porn biz. I always say I never knew anything about porn before November 2007. The only historical facts about porn that I knew about was when Linda Lovelace was in Deep Throat and the Debbie Does Dallas films were the big thing lol.
He said she was on Good Morning America this morning and I wish I could've seen the show. I pulled up their website but there was no clip available. There is a write up about her which disturbed me, to say the least. It's the typical "she's a pornstar so she's a bad person" type of piece and it only goes to show what people with money will do to other human beings. ABC was reporting her story which gives some insight into how hypocritical our country has become. Here's the STORY so you can read its' entirety. I don't know Janine at all but there's much to be said about the unfair treatment and attitudes she's up against in her life right now.
First, I want to say shame on Jesse and Sandra. If they truly cared about that little girl, they would want to see a successful relationship between her and her mother. They have millions which they could be using to help Janine regain her life and her relationship with her daughter. They complain about her home and the neighborhood she's moved into since getting out of prison for tax evasion yet they do nothing to help her live in a better neighborhood which would be healthy and safe for their daughter. They can afford to get her counseling and skills for a new career, even pay for her to go to college, yet instead, they do everything in their power to keep her repressed so they can take her daughter from her completely. They disgust me and I will not watch a Sandra Bullock movie again. I never watched Jesse's show anyway. Goes to show what Hollywood people portray to the public has nothing to do with who they really are. They are greedy takers who do not care about anyone but themselves. They could change the world of their entire family by growing up and doing something good for all concerned here. Instead, they do not take an opportunity to change lives that would change this little girl's life for the good!!
Let's talk about Jesse's great role as a father and a man. Jesse left Janine when she was 7 months pregnant, just left her and never did anything to help. He had nothing or very little to do with his daughter for quite some time after that. YA think that may have had something to do with the rest of Janine's story and how she ended up where she did?? Jesse and Sandra then top it all off by writing letters to the judge over a tax conviction which was none of their business and had nothing to do with being a good mother to their daughter. And how about the fact that a judge would throw a mother with a small child into jail over some money!! You think this would've all went down the way it did if Janine wasn't a pornstar and Jesse and Sandra weren't richer than shit?? And as if that wasn't enough, they try to destroy her the rest of the way by taking her daughter from her completely. If they cared about this little girl, they would be doing everything they could to help put this family back together for that child. Are these really the two people who should be raising this child on their own?? Does the fact that Jesse has millions of dollars now make him any better then Janine when he left his family when they needed him most and started the cycle that created Janine and her daughter's problems in the first place??
This inspired me to write with such a passion that it told me my vacation is over
I got up to get my computer going and checked my email where I found another nice surprise. I had an email from Shelley which truly touched me deeply, down to the bottom of my heart. She said a woman in need came to her group because she had read my blog. I cried this morning from the joy of hearing that. Each time I hear about someone I reached with our story, who makes a decision to change their lives and their perception of porn, it makes me feel so blessed that I can almost burst from the intensity of it. I walked much, much lighter today thanks to two friends who shared some news with me. These are stories of women whose lives can be changed by continuing to share my stories. Each time we share the truth about porn, we show the world what the consequences of the abuse there really are. There's nothing the men of Porn Valley can do to me that will ever take that away from me
I spent my day off with my family today. I feel so content and happy with my life, there's not enough money in the world that could replace what I've been blessed with thanks to the wonderful people in my life. I enjoy every single thing that I have and those around me who continue to support me and show they care about our world too.
The world around us may be a mess but each day we have to share in life together makes all the bad in the world seem so much smaller and less important. If only the rich could understand that and start giving their stolen money back, they might actually find real peace and happiness too. It really is true that money can't buy happiness. They may have built their stolen estates to pass on to their children but the money they pass on will always be tainted. Their family names will always be tainted by "oh yeah, your fathers stole America's money to get rich and you think you're better than me? HA". Jesse and Sandra may win that little girl's custody but they will never be able to buy her love, no matter how much money they have!!

Hey Diana I'm glad to hear you're doing well I completely agree with you Jesse and Sandra could've definitely helped out Janine if they wanted to the fact that Jesse left Janine when she pregnant and wasn't in his daughter's life for sometime tells you something about his moral character or lack there of what Jesse and Sandra need to remember is it's about what's best for the child. As long Janine isn't abusing her daughter or putting her in a dangerous situation she should be able to be a part of her daughter's life whether she's a pornstar or not kids need both their parents hope you enjoy the rest of your week take care ttyl.

Nice to hear from you. You said it perfectly. It'a about "what's best for the children". Kids need to know each parent if at all possible. If Janine has issues or needs help, they should want to help her. Get past the immature dislike of each other and all work together for the good of the child. That way she'll have a more balanced life which is always healthier!!
You have a great weekend. I'm off to work for the next 4 days :p

Unfortunately it keeps away only the youngest children from porn because anybody can change the settings in the browser who has google account.
Yahoo and Microsoft should do the same.

That is too cool. Thanks for the link. I'll add it to the list. Parents need all the help they can get to take back the internet for their kids. I figure if we all take a stand to show them we don't want all this crap, they will have to respond by moving the line back in the right direction. Our world has gone too far and it's time to start shutting out what's hurting us all!!
